Return & Refund Policy
All artwork and print sales are final. Each piece is created, packaged, and shipped with care to ensure it arrives safely and true to its original form.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged during transit or has a quality imperfection.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, I’ll arrange a replacement (if applicable) or issue a refund.
Custom and commissioned artwork is made specifically for you and is therefore non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances, except in the rare case of damage during delivery.
