Each Heritage Art & Design piece is created with care and intention — from the first brushstroke to the moment it arrives at your door. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy experience for every collector and supporter.

Customer Care
Every order is handled personally from my studio in Virginia. Because each piece is handcrafted or printed in limited quantities, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a quality imperfection, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. Once verified, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
I do my best to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. Your support directly fuels the creative process behind each collection — thank you for helping keep independent art alive.
Privacy & Safety
Your privacy is important to me. Personal information collected through purchases, email sign-ups, or contact forms is used only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience with Heritage Art & Design.
All payments are processed securely, and your information is never sold, shared, or stored beyond what’s necessary to complete your order.

Commissions Inquiries
Custom artwork commissions are available on a limited basis throughout the year. Each piece is created uniquely for you, inspired by your vision and my artistic style.
Once a concept and quote are approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping or pickup.
Due to the custom nature of commissioned work, all sales are final. Revisions may be discussed during the creative process but are limited to the agreed-upon scope.
