30 Days of Art Challenge
30 Days of Mini Paintings is a daily art practice turned collectible series—born at the intersection of health, discipline, and the very real chaos of being both an artist and a small business owner.
When you wear many name badges at once—artist, accountant, marketer, operations, customer service—routine can feel almost nonexistent. Over the past year, I began making intentional changes to my health: going gluten-free, cutting out sugar, and reducing alcohol. While those shifts mattered, I wasn’t seeing the physical results I wanted, or the consistency I was craving.
In February, I decided to commit fully to the Whole30 Program, eliminating dairy and alcohol completely. It became less about restriction and more about climbing the steps toward better health—one disciplined choice at a time.
At the same time, I felt that same craving for discipline in my art practice. I wanted structure. Momentum. A reason to show up every day—and a way to invite people to return daily, stay engaged, and collect along the way.
So this series became both.
Each piece is a small, single-object painting—often food I won't eat but apparently need to paint—created primarily with acrylic paint and finished with black pen linework. Some works will include mixed media for added texture and warmth. The subject matter is playful, but the practice is intentional: showing up daily, creating consistently, and sharing the work in real time.
Each day, a new fine art print is released, available for a limited time only through March 4th. Prints are produced from high‑resolution scans of the original artworks to preserve color, texture, and line detail. 5x7 Size Matboard are acid free and archival and will fit into the respective size frames. (window opening & print size ~ 3.5 x 5.5). Free Ship to USA only.
This series is about discipline without rigidity, humor without apology, and progress made one small step—and one small painting—at a time.
New prints drop daily.
